Kit has more than 20 years’ experience in the equities industry, working in UK equity capital markets since 2005, during which time he has been responsible for the operational execution of some of the highest profile and largest fundraising corporate transactions in the UK. Prior to joining Link in 2016, Kit spent seventeen years working for J.P. Morgan Cazenove.

Susan is CEO of Corporate Markets, Link Group EMEA and leads the transformation and growth of this business. Susan joined Link Group in November 2018. Before this, she was CEO for Capita Employee Solutions, the UK market leader in pensions administration. Her entire career has been in the financial services sector, having graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in German and English Literature. Susan is professionally qualified as a chartered director and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Pensions Management Institute.
