Description:

The enforcing of the Revised Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II) into the EU at the start of September, laid out the promise of a golden future, allowing Issuers to request and receive a timely and accurate view of their shareholder base. Two months in and the picture looks rather different…

Orient Capital and Proxymity invite you to participate in a lively debate on the promise of SRD II, the current reality following our initial analysis projects for Symrise AG and other European clients, as well as our thoughts on the future.

Agenda:

  • how shareholder identification worked in disclosure markets pre SRD II
  • how the process should work under SRD II
  • results from the first analyses under SRD II
  • lessons learned
  • thoughts on the future
